The Office of the Vice President for Research and the MRI, SSRI, Huck, IEE, and ICS exceeded their goal at last Thursday's blood drive at the Millennium Science Complex (MSC).
The blood drive collected 34 units of blood to exceed its goal by two units, and as of today, Penn State is leading Michigan State 450 to 230 in the PSU vs. MSU Blood Donor Challenge. This is great news for Penn State, and even better news for hospitals and patients in urgent need of blood donations.
Please mark your calendars to catch the next blood drive on February 14 at the MSC. For every blood donation at that drive, the Red Cross will donate $2 to THON.
