The opioid epidemic continues to hit Pennsylvania hard. In 2016, overdose deaths in the state grew by 37% to over 3,900, and even larger segments of the population are at risk for misuse of opioids and other addictive substances. Please join colleagues from across the University to discuss your work and help the Social Science Research Institute develop a distinctive Penn State interdisciplinary and translational agenda aimed at combatting the opioid epidemic.
