• Troubleshooter
• Assists ‘Website coordinators’ with training related questions
• Consults about proposed changes and upgrades
• Convenes ‘Website Work Group’ monthly
• Ensures ongoing SSRI compliance with University guidelines governing websites (AD 54; 07; 61)
• Develops new websites or web applications
